ORIGIN MATTERS
First and foremost, we are a family business located in the small town of Mora, in the heart of La Mancha. Here, we have been dedicated to the artisan production of authentic Manchego cheese since 1999.
Our cheeses come from a unique livestock farm, which allows us to control the quality of the product at all times, and we carry out the entire process by hand.
Thus, we currently focus solely on the production and commercialization of 100% pure artisan sheep cheese and organic Manchego cheese. The latter is our main value proposition.
Finally, our raw materials and traditional production care allow us to offer exceptional quality in an extensive range of flavors and curing times. All of this enables us to offer the Best Artisan Cheeses in the World.
